Description

The Scandinavian bluefin tuna marathon is a collaborative citizen science project where scientists from Sweden and Denmark study the migrations, survival, spawning grounds, behaviour etc. of bluefin tuna with the help of a large fleet of sportfishing teams. The Swedish part of the project is operated by the Department of Wildlife, Fish and Environmental Studies, at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU).
