Definition : Average number of vehicles on coastal motorways and major roads (annual average daily flow 24 hours counts from geo-referenced permanent measuring stations), amalgamated by NUTS3.
Description : The average number of vehicles on highways, secondary and local roads allows to evaluate trends in traffic flow in coastal zones, and evaluate the impact and effectiveness of targeted transport policies.
