Taxonomy Three subgenera, viz. Encentrum s.str., Isoencentrum, and Pseudencentrum were established within genus Encentrum by De Smet (1997) [Ref.362438]. Many species of this genus however, cannot be assigned to any of these subgenera due to inadequate descriptions. [details]
