| Les activités menées par l’équipe « Ecologie Planctonique » s’organisent autour les relations entre les différents organismes planctoniques, de la bactérie aux copépodes, et de leurs interactions avec la matière particulière et dissoute.
La démarche principale est d’étudier différents aspects de la structure et de la dynamique du plancton dans des écosystèmes côtiers à plusieurs échelles d’observation, en alternant le travail sur le terrain avec le travail expérimental au laboratoire. |
