| MIRA ('Milieurapport') is the State of the Environment Report (SOER) of Flanders. It provides an overall picture of the environmental state of the Flemish Region, the environmental objectives, the underlying disruption processes, the future environmental state and the environmental policy.
The reports are the reflection of the scientific knowledge on environmental issues in Flanders, scattered in universities, scientific institutions, administrative services and all sorts of organisations, and coordinated by the Flemish Environment Agency (VMM). Within the framework of the DPSI-R chain, the reports use indicators and models to analyse the different environmental topics. |
