| Tasks are: joint responsibility for design and realisation of basic infrastructure of the port of Antwerp; responsibility for coastal defences; management and maintenance of the Scheldt, the Durme, the Rupel, the Dijle, the Zenne, the Netes, the Nete Canal and the Demer from Werchter to Diest; joint responsibility for the management, maintenance and infrastructure work on the Leuven-Dijle Canal and the Brussels-Charleroi on Flemish regional territory; joint implementation of infrastructure work on the Brussels-Scheldt Sea Canal. |
