Abstract
    This work describes the ISECA project, including the main research deliverables concerning Earth Observation: a protocol for measurements of the optical properties of coastal waters, an in-situ dataset being collected on the Western English Channel and novel algorithms for separation of bio-optical components in coastal waters.
