De vroegere bedrijven ARCADIS Gedas, ARCADIS Ecolas, Euras, ARCADIS SWK, ARCADIS Aeolus, Constructor, CW en Starke Diekstra zijn allemaal geïntegreerd in deze ene nv, wat een aanzienlijke juridische en administratieve vereenvoudiging betekent. Het in mei 2008 overgenomen VDS werd omgedoopt tot ARCADIS VDS bvba en ressorteert onder ARCADIS Belgium nv. |
