From all produced and inventoried data, GIS maps will be produced, which are easily interpretable by policy makers and non-experts. Interaction with the guidance committee and technical advisory board will maximise the usability of these maps by different stakeholders. These maps will also serve as educational material for young scientists (secondary schools) during their geography classes. Prof. Luc Zwartjes, who is part-time professor at Ghent University, part-time geography teacher and who is representative of geography teachers in Flanders, will be part of the technical advisory board. However, more products can be produced on request in cooperation with VLIZ (cf. Planet Ocean www.planeetzee.be).
