Abstract
This project will make an inventarisation and analysis concerning the implementation of OSPAR measures related to the emission of dangerous substances. The analysis will lead to a state of the art and shall indicate which measures still have to be implemented through Flemish or federal legislation and how. Attention shall be paid to the adjustment of the procedures to improve implementation in the future.
