Diagnosis Test free, subconical to elongate and subcylindrical, rounded in section, commonly large, up to 2 mm or more in length, trochospirally enrolled in the early stage, generally with about five chambers in the tiny early whorl of the microspheric generation, then reduced to triserial and finally biserial, sutures in the biserial stage straight and horizontal; wall agglutinated, distinctly canaliculate, surface may be smoothly finished; aperture a simple low and elongate, interiomarginal opening.
