Taken at the Flood

The TATF project sets out to work with heritage professionals and industrial partners to develop strategies for the best practice and most efficient methods for archaeological prospection of the submerged prehistoric landscapes of the southern North Sea. Following significant results of previous ship campaigns, we will now be investigating different methodologies to sample archaeological evidence from the underwater environment across the Southern North Sea. For this survey in particular, we wish to investigate the use of the AUV for the mapping of archaeologically important landscape features (incl. peat).
