Definition : The average price of 'flats' as a subcategory of residential property, by municipality (district, sub-regions except 'Greater London'), expressed in euro, in any given year. Data available for UK and West-Flanders only.

Calculation : The average price of flats expressed in euro. For datasets in the UK: values in GBP are divided by 0,6225 to obtain value in euro. Exchange rate applied is that of official entrance of euro.
