Abstract
In the Iberian fauna, only Isometopus intrusus was known as representative of the Isometopinae subfamily. A male of M. fieberi was collected in la Garrotxa (Catalonia), Northeast of the Iberian Peninsula, and it is the first record for both genus and species for the Iberian fauna. Moreover, a new Catalan locality is stated for I. intrusus. For both species, pictures of dorsal and frontal habitus are included, and of ventral habitus for M. fieberi also.
