mevr. Hauquier, Freija
Freija Hauquier is a PhD candidate investigating Antarctic nematode communities in terms of ecology, biogeography, and genetic connectivity. She is interested in resolving the underlying processes that shape current nematode species distribution in Antarctic sediments. Her research involved sampling expeditions to various parts of the Antarctic, nematode identification and quantification, microscopy, molecular analyses, statistical data analyses, and writing of scientific manuscripts. Currently, she is involved in the JPI Oceans project.
