Beschrijving
Long-term Otter Trawl Survey is performed at various estuarine and inner continental shelf sites during July and September each year. Trawl used has a length of 4.9 m and 6 mm bar mesh at the cod end. Tows (n=3) are 2 minutes long. For each tow 20 individuals of each species are measured (fish - TL or FL, crabs - BW, sex is also noted) and the remainder are counted. Shrimp, hermit crabs and mud crabs are not counted. meer
