Abstract
Met ongeveer dezelfde samenstelling van partners als bij het Opticrest-project wordt een nieuw project opgezet onder leiding van de Universiteit Gent (Prof. Dr. De Rouck) teneinde de golfovertopping verder te kunnen bestuderen. De rol van het WLH is vergelijkbaar als voor het Opticrest onderzoek met vooral aandacht voor fysische modellering in de golftank van een havenconstructie.

In 2001 werden de administratieve voorbereidingen getroffen. Begin 2002 wordt de startvergadering gehouden.
