CREST final conference: Climate Resilient Coast

How can we give our coast the resilience to withstand a changing climate? This research question was central to the CREST project –standing for Climate Resilient Coast – that bundled the Flemish expertise with regard to near-shore processes. Field measurements, laboratory tests and numerical modelling were conducted for four years. Are you curious about what their findings are? And how these can be useful for the future of the Flemish coast? Those were some of the questions raised at the CREST final conference on Thursday 26 September 2019 in Greenbridge in Ostend.
